More swimming lessons

Today I had swimming lessons for the third time in swim kids 7. We had assessments, and I think that I did pretty well. We did stride entry, front crawl, back crawl, dolphin kick (the kind of stroke I like to do.), sitting on the bottom of the pool (to stay warm) and we did some flutter kick.

    You kids are off to a great summer being fit and fed.
    I did comment yesterday, but I do not see any evidence of it. I probably need hits and help for this kind of effort.
    Keep up the good run times. I have been going up Ida Lane for my walk/run with my friend, but I don't think our times get any better. I will try to improve, though.
